Why we built it
Every agent hands you the same portal, then calls you until you pick up. We wanted the opposite: a tool so good you would use it without being chased. Sixteen years across the table from buyers and sellers taught us what people actually want out of a home search. It is not a form, a drip campaign, or a number with nothing behind it. And it is not a portal that sells your name to whoever pays. So we built HouseLoop, and we built Myli, and we are the team on the other end of both.
How clients use it
Our clients use HouseLoop free. They search the whole Kansas City market in one place, save the homes they like and get told when a new match is listed. Homeowners claim their home and get its value checked every month. When a client finds the one, the tour request lands with us, not with a call center. The same two people who answered the first question are the ones at the closing table.
Home search
HouseLoop shows every home for sale on the Heartland MLS across eight metro counties, both sides of the state line. As of September 11, 2026, that was 7,548 homes for sale. Real listings, real prices, real photos, updated live. Every home has its own page with the facts and the price history.
Myli
Myli is your home search companion. Say “somewhere quiet with a big yard” and she gets it. She searches the live listings, works out what you can afford, runs the monthly payment, compares homes and books a tour with us. She is software and says so. When a client wants a person, they get Zach or Ana. Meet Myli.
Agents and technology
The tools are the easy part. What makes them work is the two of us on the other end, in this market since 2010, with 1,767 homes sold. In Kansas City that is the Spradling Group, powered by HouseLoop: the platform does the searching and we do the closing. Orlando and every market after it launch as HouseLoop, with HouseLoop agents.
